Waay too big. That's near what I used to run in the 408...

you will pick up minimal gains over the tr220 with that cam. the sacrifice in drivability and HUGE converter for that cam is not worth it. IMO

I ran a 232 236-595 601-112 on my 5.3, i swaped it with a 221 221 558lift cam, i ran a 3600 stall and from the lonch to 5k to pulled the same, from 5k to 7k it defintly pulled harder, and it idled fine at 600. i loved the cam in it but i dont think it would have ran any worse with like a 228r would have. if you like 7000 rpm and you race alot from a roll its not to big, unless u get 4k or bigger stall id go a tad smaller for track use.
