Default Cam/convertor GODS! Need help with huge silverado upgrades

I've read through pages and pages on multiple sites and still having trouble deciding due to my lift and tire size.
Specs: 2000 silverado ext cab 4x4
5.3/4l60/241, dana 60 front, 14 bolt rear, 5.13 gears
My truck is solid axle swapped with 16" of lift on 42" tires
I already have LPP headers recently purchased stage 2.5 5.3 heads to add when upgrading the cam.
I drive my truck on the street along with off-roading on the weekends. It's not my daily but does see some street time now and again. As you can tell I need more torque and mid. I'm reaching out to the cam/convertor gods for help with my decision.
From what I've seen I believe I need to be around a 212/218 or 214/218ish, would prefer a 110 or 112 to bring the power down more but mainly to make it sound as mean as it looks. I'm open to all suggestions
As for the convertor I'm lost completely with all the variables. I'm going to have my tranny rebuilt local to withstand some abuse. I'm not looking for crazy numbers just want to freshen up the ole 5.3 and wake it up a bit.
Thanks in advance and looking forward to the responses

You need a custom grind I think a 210/218 LSA110 would work awesome. I also think you need an 80e if you want the trans to survive the combo of new power and the monster load your build is facing.

What springs are on the heads? Your going to want it on a 110 LSA regardless to get as much lope as possible out of the smaller grind your going to need.

There are no springs in the heads, was lookin at ls6 if the lift was gonna be low enough. I know an 80 is a good swap, but I'm pretty impressed with the 60 to be honest. For a stock tranny with 150,000 miles it's held its own for a year and a half and still goin. I just figured since I'll have the motor out to just freshen it up as well. I'm not completely new to the cam situation, but camming my vette was a little more off the shelf if ya know what I mean. I built it for the mud but it does pretty good on the trails for how big it is. I have a brand new aftermarket tranny cooler I bought that I was going to run Inline with the stock cooler.

I think the 80e are way tougher, but plenty of 60e holding on with n/a motors, and I love the first gear way better than the 80e which im sure with your mudding you are mainly in 1st and second gear. Some thing to keep in mind is if you choose a large stall it might flash past all the lowend tq of the cam range you are looking in. So if stall for example flashes to 2000-2500 then you might want a cam that will start making power from 2000rpm up verses the 212/218 starting to make power around 1200rpm, just a thought!

So you're saying I should stay with my stock stall? Between my 1st gear in the 60 and low in the 241 I have a pretty low crawl ratio. I know I'll be at around 300-325hp, I'm not expecting big numbers. Here in a couple years I have bigger plans for it but right now I just wanna have it move a little better

I think a stall would be more fun off road. If you decide to keep the stock stall than the 212/218 would be perfect, anything larger really needs a stall. Were those dynos with manifolds and large wheels/tire? They seem kind of low for a bolt on/cam 5.3L and 6.0L with stockish size wheels

Stock stall will do fine with that cam.
