Default cam bolts

Has anyone ever actually broken factory cam bolts?

Just curious... I don't think I have ever seen it. I know the ARP's are cheap as hell... but I was thinking about that this morning.

$9-10 from Summit.

You'd probably pay more for OEM.

Agreed... but most people have OEM when they take an engine apart. If I need cam bolts I would buy the ARP all day long.

I've reused my cam bolts before. Never had an issue doing that but I would agree with you.

In fact, I have a set hanging in the wall in my garage.
