Cam for a 5.3 question

Default Cam for a 5.3 question

Sup guys well I wanted to put a cam on my truck and I saw one, its a Trick Flow the size is a 216/220 and the other one is a 220/224 they are both Trick Flow!!! does anybody know if these are good proven cams or is anyone here running with these cams I really dont know the lift but I wouldn't mind some help!!!

i would just go with the 220/220 from tsp it has been proven over and over again to be a great cam for the 5.3's
