I had a 244/248 .612/.615 112 lsa cam in my 370. drove fine with a stock converter for over a year until I got a 4l80e.
New cam is a 251/267 .623/.623 115+6 it will still be daily drivin.

I ran a tsp torquer v2 232/234 .595/.598 112 LSA with a 3200 converter and was still very street friendly. I drove on 9 hour road trips with the truck got up to 24 mpgs. This was with an ls1 in a rcsb truck

i daily drove my 09 yukon denali for 2 years with a 230/242 612.612. 114+3 cam and a 3600
driving on highways is totally different than city driving.. so it depends on what u do more of, i hated my 3600 stall driving in the city, but on the highway i forget about it lol
