A buddy of mine pulled it out of a LS1 GTO at his work.

Numbers on it are as follows

3725R/3655r

HR116 +4

This is all i know, any help would be appreciated.

The first numbers look like Comp numbers, but the HR116 is something that I've seen on Crane's site which stands for "Hydraulic Roller, 116 LSA", and the +4 should be 4* of advance ground in. Maybe try punching the top numbers into some cam manufacturer's sites and see if anything comes up...

I guess this is what it is, according to SStroker on tech

Comp Hydraulic roller:
Intake is 230° @ .050 .592 lift (1.7), XER lobes. "most aggressive hydraulic roller profile to date"
Exhaust is 244° @ .050 .595 lift (1.7)Xtreme RPM high lift lobes.

LSA is 116° with 4° advance ground in.

i also think its a little big for my 10.5 comp ratio 6 liter, but the price is right so i might just say *** it hahah.

I'd think that cam would definitely want more compression than 10.5:1, but if it's cheap and you're into it, go for it

I agree with that. My buddy said when you first started the car it would barely run, but after about 2-3 minutes it would just clean up and he questioned it had a cam at all. Also that was in a ls1 short block with ported 243's and a fast intake.

I bet that cam would be mighty quiet on a 116 LSA. I would think you would need some healthy gear and converter. Just a guess, I bet it would run awesome. But the LS1 didn't have more compression than 10.5 so why would the 6.0 need more? Wouldn't that cam be slightly more tame in a 6.0 vs a 5.7 because of the added displacement?

Even with the 116 LSA, there's a lot of duration and a bunch of overlap, I'm sure that even in a 6.0 you're going to hear that cam. (of course a ton of tuning will tame it up a bit) With 11+:1 compression and some good flowing heads it'll definitely be a beast up top. I totally agree that it'll need some healthy gear and converter for sure

I'm definetely not a cam guru but those specs make it sound like an aggressive Procharger or Maggie/TVS cam. It seems like most if the larger duration cams for NA cars on ls1tech have a much tighter LSA.

But then again, I could be totally wrong
