How is it compared to say a comp 212/218 low or a tr 220? I cant find anything about this cam and Im wondering if it is worth the extra money compared to say the comp cam? It seems like it'll do great on lowend in my truck x-tended cab z71. Just trying to narrow it down to exactly what one I want.

 

Hard to say what kind of lobe profile it is without the advertised duration numbers. From all I can find on their site it's ground by CompCams (CC is their prefix for other Comp grinds on their site), but it doesn't match the XE lobes which are the closest I can find to those specs which would be .559"/.563" on a 1.7rr.

Honestly, it's hard to beat the stand-by Comp XR265!
