Default anybody use this cam?

2000 silverado 5.3 4L60E

Comp cams # 54-452-11 grind 112/216 520/524 115
I'm trying to find if there is going to be a problem with piston to valve clearance with this cam. I talked to a techie at comp cams and he said that they haven't had a problem but I should check just incase. For those that have used it, are they happy with the performance gains? I was also thinking about getting a custom grind 206/221 571/578 118.5 but am not sure if I will run into the same clearance problem or not. I know that with either cam i'll have to change the springs and pushrods as well as adda guide plate. Any and all info will greatly appreciated to help me with my decision.

What I have done is headers, flowmaster exhaust, throttle body spacer, servo in the tranny with 2800 stall, HPTuners.(not that I know how to tune worth a damn with it)

I don't know nothing about choosing a cam, I called up comp cams told them what I had an that's tha cam they suggested. The second bigger cam is from a lingenfelter engine build up from car craft magazine. Right now i'm staying natural with mabey 100 shot of nitrous just for fun. Next year after the 02-05 caddy conversion is done, I plan on putting a turbo or a supercharger. So if at all possible, I want to set myself up for the later. The truck is a single cab. It is my daily driver weekend strip/mud bog toy.
