Hey Stocker,
welcome to another Bay Area member! I have heard of cammed cars and trucks passsing smog but dont know personally. My tuner says it shouldn't be a problem with the right tune.
Like above the 224/224 114* is considered max.
Not related but if you dont already know, a bunch of us are getting together at the track for a day of racing, barbeque and meet on the 17th.
See this link for details. Hope you can make it

hey thanks for the welcome trever1t. i went to the meet in oct or something like that. to bs a learn a little, talked to the hippie kid(forget his name) with the blue extcab that synergy tuned. his never passed smog. never got the chance to talk to rick. i guess i just need to start making phone calls to tuners, it just hard to believe people that are in it for money and its not there ride.

Tuning is a business, but you have a lot of choice. You can Dyno tune like we do at Synergy for big $$ or you can get a less expensive street tune or mail order tune.
Justin has heads, long tubes and a 226 cam which would make passing smog difficult. He is going back to a stock Radix setup and will have no problem passing.
Come on up on the 17th and run your truck!
