Attached is the DTC chart for P0341.Sounds like an Electromagnetic interference issue...
You should look at the Freeze frame failure and see when this code occurs.
Considering you had a P0342 and a P0343 which is Signal Low and Signal High codes you could have a pin fitment issue at the connector or a wiring issue.

Nice work getting everything up and running! Sounds like @1FastBrick has you headed in the right direction with the DTCs. There is always a hiccup or two when taking on a project like this, so it's nothing out of the ordinary.
