Long tubes,a 3000 stall and some sticky tires should easily get you into the high 13 in a RC.And bump your shift points up especially in the 2-3 shift,to compensate for big drop off in gearing.90MM TB won't help your setup the stock TB is'nt a restriction with your current setup.

Is there anyway to log some runs? That would help allen tune your truck and get the max out of it. Your times are way off.
Do you have anything heavy in your truck? Scan a copy of your timeslip so we can look at it.
