baught a lm7 minus the intake manifold, w/112k miles about three weeks ago thanks to ltr450ryder.


short block plans are:
bore to 3.80
wiseco -2cc flat top pistons
original rods
original crank
cam ???
ARP main stud kit


head plans:
port and polished 862's
ARP Hex head bolt kit
10.6 CR

intake plans:
tbss intake
92mm tb
42# injectors


3600 stall yank or circle d, still undecided!..
4:10 gears


this is a budget build, for now. lol

now for the big common question, cam? any input would be great

and as for what its going in is up in the air at this point.

I would say mid to high 22x/22x maybe a 22x/23x on a 110-112 depending on what this engine is going in.

Maybe i should mention that it wont be daily driven unless its snowless outside. Dont know if it matters but I will most likely go on 4 hour trips almost every other weekend. like i said the stall isnt set n stone yet. I read that people like to "match" cams with the "right" stall, and i have no idea thats why im asking. Oh and it will be dyno tuned at a local shop, i have a few friends that have had there trucks tuned there and they swear by them.

I know im kinda jumping all over the place with info, but any info from you guys would be greatly appreciated thanks.
