Default Lifters...

Getting a migrane trying to decide. Thought about getting Morels, see bad reviews. Others say get GM LS7s, not the cheaper Delfi. Not wanting to spend $400+ on a set of lifters, the originals have held up just fine so far. Can't see spending stupid amounts of money for a work truck/daily driver.

These are for my truck, relatively small cam on a semi aggressive lobe. (EPS cam, .598/.604 lft) Lots of street driving, towing/hauling. Not real high RPM, peaked around 5400-ish last time. I want something durable, that won't come apart and kill my engine.

I am replacing them because the LQ4 in my truck has around 90k miles, 30K of them it has been cammed. I am changing the heads and intake, might as well replace them while I have it apart. New lifter guides are part of the plan too.

Autozone sells Melling lifters for about $10 each.

I wouldn’t hesitate to run them in a everyday driver.
