2009 4.8 to Ls3 6.2 swap

I have 2009 4.8 gmc with 4 speed I want to swap to the ls3 6.2. What will I need to do will everything bolt right up. I know I will need a tune

Everything should bolt right up, would suggest using the balancer off the 4.8 though... The ls3 balancer will not line up with the truck accesories...
