Default 1.6 roller tips rockers

I have a set of roller tip rockers a bought awhile back and want to put on my truck. I am leaving the stock cam in and want to put the rocker arms in. They are the 97 vortec heads. Do I need to do anything to the heads to put these rockers in. They are the stamped steal 1.6 rockers for these heads.

the rockers need to be self alining if there not you will have to pull the pressed in studs and drill and tap threads for screw in studs and install guild plates. stock springs should work many people have used them with stock springs i would recomend new ones to prevent valve float .

Do I have to do anything to the pushrod holes being the stock cam is staying in. I am trying to avoid taking the heads off. I just want a little more lift with the cam.

it's hit or miss as to whether or no the pushrod holes need to be elongated. some engines need it, some dont.

I guess that I will try and see what will happen. They have a shop by the house that will put them on for 100 dollars. He said that he will do one side and see what it does. Thanx for the info.
