Default 07 chevy 6.0 lq4 to carbed 454 bbc

Ok guys im new to the group. I have in my garage a very healthy built 454 bbc engine i built almost 6 years ago for a mud race truck i was building. It is 550hp 780 ft/lbs of torque. The truck was parted out and sold due to work travel but i kept the engine as i have just over 5k invested in parts and machine work in building it. So now it sits on a run stand where i fire it up quite often to get my heart racing.
I have a 07 classic 2500 hd crew cab long bed 4x4 with the 6.0 and 4l80e with 4:10 gears. I absolutely love the truck she has 374000 miles and still runnin strong! But im sure with those miles shes gonna take a **** sooner or later.
When that should happen id like to drop my bbc in it and have my self a bit of a sleeper. Id like to know if anyone here has put technology in rewind and went back to old school bbc power....? While keepiing the strength and reliability of the 4l80e..
What all would be involved.... can i use factory ecu to controle the trans. How would i hook the throttle up being the lq4 uses the fly by wire peddle, and are there any other hurdles i should know about?

Here's an idea... How about converting the BBC to EFI to use all the factory electronics? You would need to adapt crank and cam triggers, address the firing order then add an intake to accept injectors and 4bolt throttle body.

Here is an old thread from YellowBullet that might get the juices flowing...

This place should be able to set you up with what you need to run the BBC with the factory PCM and coils.
