Safe Afr is normally always 12.5 for WOT.

I'm not qualified to say for fact. But stock is 12.5. I think everyone considers that safe. Many tuners, especially the C7 guys, are saying 12.9 - 13.1 is optimal. I've from 11.9 - 13.1 and I did not notice much if any performance gain going leaner. I saw a slight amount of KR momentarily at 13.1 in the 4,000 rpm range but none above that.
