Default Towing with a 5.3

I have a 2014 Sierra 1500 5.3 6spd 2wd
ive been doing a good amount of towing with it. For what it is it does pretty good. I’m just trying to see what everyone else thinking about these newer trucks and how they tow
wish I would of bought a 6.2
guess I should add a lil more on the current set up.
so with what I mentioned above, I added a 6.2 intake manifold and throttle body, K&N CAI
thats it for adding power lol
i did the trans cooler mod
the truck has a 3.5” leveling kit on 33” tires
I swapped to 2500 leaf springs and add fire stone helper bags
just added a nice brake controller and a fancy B&W hitch
I Just bought me a new trailer, which is rated for 9900lbs
and that’s more than what the truck is rated for. This truck is rated to tow “5900lbs” which seems low
I’m also curious to hear from the guys with Boost added to these trucks

I did a round trip from Phoenix to Glamis and back with a quad and rzr on the trailer and the bed loaded with paddle tires, fuel cans, and beer and everything was great. Definitely would love more power and really realized how badly I need to go to 4.10's but all in all, I was extremely happy with it. Definitely want to upgrade to a better leaf pack and probably still add a set of helper bags but I have other suspension decisions I will need to make at the same time.

Aw ****. We're in the same area. Guess I should update my location. I <3 Glamis. I only explored the Gordon's well area, but still. Good times out there. Especially the sand drags.

I’m sure it’s a stupid question and I already know
but how much of a difference was your truck after the time
