The "drag pack" is. For 17/15 combo. I can't fit a 17 up front as of now. But I will be doing the 15" rear conversion sometime in the near future

17" will fit unless the wheel itself has something to do with it

Just cut it with a hacksaw....leave a couple of threads under the nut and your good!
