so the truck threw a new code today P015A Sensor 1 Bank 1 Rich to Lean, did some googling and it seemed like the most common issue was loose bolts so I checked everything and there were no leaks, everything was good and tight. Has anyone else thrown this code? I know it probably has something to do with being untuned still also.
Also, while I was doing this I figured I'd empty the catch can… while doing so I noticed the oil coming out was orangish, not milky like a blown head gasket would be, but more brown/orange (UT orange for us Texans) and there was some sludge in it. Any ideas on what the hell that could be?

Condensation build up in the catch can, will most likely go away in warmer weather. Mine does that in the winter also. Your Catch can gets hot while you're driving it, then you shut the truck off and it cools down creating condensation. When this happens in the motor it gets hot enough to burn it out, but the Catch can never gets that hot.
