Default Not getting 100% throttle on my 4.3

Has anyone else had issues with not getting 100% throttle at WOT on there trucks? Since I got a tune on the truck been fighting with this problem. When doing WOT runs in 2wd I'd have 100% throttle. 4wd was where we first noticed the issue. Out of a full 1/4 mile run starting in 4wd and switching to 2wd the truck would show the pedal at WOT but the throttle would fluctuate from as low as 65% throttle to 100% during the whole 1/4 mile run. Id have a total of 1 second of 100% throttle in a 15 second run. Recently I started running e85 and it still does it in 4wd and now it will do it in 2wd as well sometimes. Don't get me wrong it runs awesome. Ran a 15.39 last night with it cutting throttle back. I just want to fix it and see what I can get out of the truck with 100% throttle the whole 1/4 mile pass. Any help would be awesome.

It switches back to 2wd no problem. The data logs show that the computer or something is causing it to not stay at 100% throttle even though I have it floored.
