Default New Converter time slips.

Well took my truck to the first track today. Wasn't happy with the times but I was spinning all 4 off the line. Flashing it the truck hooked but was not as fast as stalling it even with the wheel spin. Good practice for launching it once I get the ProCharger. Positive note was the fastest 60ft. times I ever had at this track today. Here are the slips. First are my best slips tune only on e85 last year, second picture are my best 3 from today, 14.15, and 14.19 were a 3200rpm stalled 4wd launch spun off the line, and the 14.21 was my best flash launch stalled to 2500rpm with some wheel spin in 4auto. Hopefully tomorrow at track number two goes better. Bring on the ProCharger!!

Here are todays time slips from the second track near me. Happy with the 60ft. times but the ET was still slower than before the stall. Tuesday my tuner wants to lock the converter up at the top end to see if that helps with my lower ET I have now with the new converter. Have one more trip planned to the track May 4th and hopefully after that trip the ProCharger kit will be here and I can start on that.

Is your converter multi-disc? If not, may not want to lock at wot. My son's car runs a 5c multi-disc. Pat g locks it in 3rd and 4th gear. Car makes 470 rwhp on Pat's dyno. Same trans as yours, just lighter car. Also has sonnax shift improver and hd pump spring and 456 drum pressure plate from sonnax.

Looking at his sig, that converter is not a multi-disc

Just a single disc. Spoke with Circle D this morning and they said locking it up NA in 3rd gear will be fine with my modifications. Once I get the ProCharger I was going to not have it locked up at all. Just wanted to see if locking it up would help lower my ETs till the supercharger gets here. Circle D did recommend not locking it up at all with the supercharger if anyone was wondering
