Stock? Modded? These things are important.

Stock as can be. Not even a catch can.

I take that back, I added a E85 sensor and enabled it in the tune. It's been reading around 70% alcohol content. So I know it's working.

Need some kind of data. Can you view the actual map reading with a scanner? If not even a voltage reading would work

I think it’s f@&ked.

new Map sensor in and it shakes and knocks the whole truck. Like it bent a rod. But don’t know that much

Here is the video with the correct map sensor. I don’t think a sensor would make it do this

Sounds like something may have come apart. If you have a valve stuck open or dropped it'll act like that and likely cause a map code cause it'll push air back up into the intake/pressure

No other codes pooped up. I literally pulled off the interstate in to the parking lot and I felt it stumble, I drove it across the parking lot and it felt rough. No codes at this point. I put it in reverse to back into a parking spot and it barely made it into the spot. like it was going to cut off, still no codes. I cut it off then cut it back on and it sounded like that but barely started. At this time it threw one code , the P0106 Map absolute Pressure.

I put the new sensor in cleared the codes and cranked it to to see if it fixed it. I let it run alittle long than the video I posted and cut it off. Still no other codes but the P0106 didn’t come back but I didn’t let it run long sounding like that

I dropped it off at a buddies shop to see if he could diagnose it better. If he thinks it any major I’ll just tow it home and pull the heads my self. I will be making a post about it since I’ve never done anything like that before and will have a lot of questions. You got to learn some time!!!!

if it did drop a lifter what am I’m I looking at in parts only to fix it.
