This is the new (new to me) LED bulb I'm using for high beam. I don't have an online source. There is this automotive lighting shop in town that stocks all kinds of this stuff. I bought it there and the box it came in is totally generic and has no brand markings on it.
They are the most bad *** LED bulbs I've ever seen. Has two huge CREE LED's that are about 10mm in diameter each. They don't reflect in great focus in the factory housings, but it's good enough and pure white color.
