Hey ,I want to hear your opinion and opinion of others that know or have experienced this

Gorske based on your experience of your truck the way it is tuned and the way it runs along with couple of mods you have,what would you est a 017 or so swb 2wd 5.3 3.42 bare bone equipt ,your setup with sticky tires good track good driver EST. ET ?

Well if you look at the weight difference alone which my truck weighs 5300 and I think a standard cab short bed 2wd 5.3 WT is 4600 lbs. Which is 700 lbs with the old school math is a tenth for every 100 lbs. With my average tune only time was a 14.10 so that would be a 13.4x in theory. The new converter took 4 tenths off my 0 to 60 and even at being conservative 3 tenth off the 1/4 mile that is potentially a 13.1x 1/4 mile time with an e85 tuned truck with a 3200 stall. The biggest variable would be traction for my same setup on that kind of truck. Either way would be a fast truck for little money spent on mods.

Hey brother Gonz I was thinkin there was some guy on here 2wd on the verge of 12's or maybe even there with E85 external mods and tune. Maybe tires and converter Idk. Either way good job...you too Gorske!
