Well, that certainly puts things in a different light.

Get them to drop a tranny or engine in the rear of it while it's there and drive it.
What wheels/tires was the truck delivered with.

They shouldn't be making you jump thru hoops

i won't be surprise or can't believe anyone with this trucks , the problems are there sometimes it's masked under another problems you have or it take time to appear

my truck do this method ( drive every day it will vibrate , parked for a day or two it will be smooth on every road after 15 minutes give or take a few it will start vibrating ,

some people may not have this problems for now but it will get there by time , people complain after 30-40-50k miles so you will believe in time .

vmax 1994 i know what it feel like but i won't do any thing to fix it , wait until someone figure it out that's what am going to do

Oh I know.... that's what I said too. They are willing too but the want the 18's on the truck because GM 22's must be faulty lol. I guess since I put Toyo's on them instead of the crappy Bridgestones GM installs it ruined them haha. They are the stock size too of 285/45/22.

The truck came with the aluminum 18's and 265/65/18 SRA's which I have a set of currently again because of some trading. They were worse with the rear vibration as I think the stiffer 10 ply KO2's helped hold it from moving so much lol.

I am used to this BS...... it took 5 dealerships in different towns and about 10 visits to fix the a/c in my 2013 F150 that Ford even had a TSB for...... because no one wanted to do it lol.

I live where there is only 2 GM dealers close and they are owned by the same guy..... otherwise it's over an hour to the next closest or 2.5 hours to the selling dealer which I can't be bothered with. Nobody gives loaners or rentals or anything for people that live out of town..... great customer service. I can take my truck in to the selling dealer and if they had to keep it, then rent a car to go with on my dime..... good deal huh! I am glad I pay a lot less than most people because if I got this garbage treatment and paid closer to sticker I would be really pissed off haha. I just chock it up to being in oil trash Alberta..... but these guys are all hurting and thus the local dealer is night and day over how they were 2 years ago when the town was hopping from exploration.

Yours is the opposite of the unladen vibration I do feel with mine...... so that's a lot worse. I wouldn't want to sit and wait but I do know that lots of guys online have it. Oddly though.... I know around 20 people with these trucks and not one of them has a vibration of any kind... Maybe our roads are so terrible we just don't notice lol.

What rear end does your truck have? I had a 15 with the same mileage as yours that the pinion nut had backed off on twice first time at 500 miles, second at 25,000. it was a customers vehicle so not sure of a loaded vibration like youre describing, but it did have a vibration and a noise(obviously bearings were toast), when i rebuilt the rear end i did notice that there is almost no torque on the pinion nut before the crush sleeve compresses, had to replace the crush sleeve in it twice to get it right.... i probably over did it on the thread sealant hoping to help the situation....

9.76". The useless one that has no aftermarket parts for it so forget about fun stuff like getting rid of the gov lock. I can pop my shaft and check but I would suspect it would vibrate more than just while loaded. The other guy might have an issue with that though.

What could be some other symptoms of this? I don't really have any vibration issues but there is some popping noises and it feels like something is binding while backing up with the wheel turned at full lock.

Going to pick the truck up now.... just waiting for a cab. They road force balanced and no surprise the tires were fine as was the existing balance on them..... so they charged me $200 to do nothing. Well at least I got a new valve body in the trans lol.

Talking to some of the guys at work, there are quite a few different vibrations going on with these trucks... Anything from mismachined ring gears to vlom/exhaust causing the vibrations...

FEED... What youre describing could definitely be a differential issue.... If your truck is 4wd it could also be a transfer case issue if youre driving around on dry pavemnt on a sunny day in auto.... Wheels binding on turns, clunking in gear, noise vibration... All could be symptoms of incorrect excessive backlash
