Default 2015 5.3 342 dc 4x4 ?

Hi guys, I just got a new Silverado that I just love,it has been getting great MPG and has really GOOD power, capable of throwing down two nice strips for as long as I want. I'll probably never run this thing at the track but was wondering what it's capable of, it seems like a low 15 second ride??
Have any of you guys run one of these stock? How about with just a tune?
Chevy got it right with these trucks!

RC did 9.13 1/8 = 14.20 - 14.40 if that helps. A tune I understand helps A LOT. Congrats on your new ride!

Wow...those times are REALLY impressive! I can remember when muscle cars ran those times!

Mine is untuned. It gets 13.5 on E85. That's all I've ever ran until yesterday. Had to switch to 93 for the upcoming blower. On 93 around town so far 16.5 hardly any highway, but mines only RC 2014 with 6l80.

My truck only has about 1600 miles on it, but it's a combined 20.8 as we speak, but that was a few trips to deer camp so now it's back to work so it might drop a little!

So would a mid 15 second 1/4 be reasonable from a stock untuned truck?

Forgot I did use a couple tank fulls of 87 when I first got it. Trip to Austin 75-80 got an even 21 on the indicator. 80-85 coming back got an even 20. Didn't check it so don't know if the indicator is correct or not. Ran it down to almost empty, put E85 in and took it to the track. Time is sig with ~ 750 miles on it.
