013 6.2 gets spanked by a 014 out of the hole.DI really woke the bottom end.Your 5lbs boost is a beast 0-60
So is this on a stock maggy tune? Because if it is the headers are not tuned to it and would be costing you not helping.
Sould be easy 12s without converter

In stock form in the 1/8 mile it ran 9.4 seconds...with the SC it ran 8.6 seconds ...and with th addition of the headers it ran 8.37. Not a bad gain from tne headers. My only regret is that I never got to see the increase in the 1/4 MILE form stock to the addition of the SC. I was only able to run a stock 1/4 mile and a 1/4 mile with SC and headers. I do know that I gained nothing in my 60 foots with the headers. There is still some more fine tuning to be done.

The converter isnt whats holding you back here... I wouldnt do that mod yet. In fact it would be pretty far down on my list... no need to deal with that **** on a daily basis in a brand new truck.
5 PSI is nothing and you are running a great time for such low boost. Since you added headers I would think about bumping that up to about 8 PSI. I think that will be enough to see a 60' as quick as 1.7x and your speed will increase by leaps and bounds. 12's will be a cake walk.

Another thing, don't know the exact math, but stock Denali wheels are super heavy. Reducing unsprung weight, and rolling mass together is worth large dividends. I think I remembered hearing for every 10 lbs of rolling mass you take off a tenth in the quarter. Maybe someone else will chime in.
