Default Where is this hose supposed to be attached?

hey guys, had some shady service done while on a road trip.

found this hose with a bolt in the end of it, clamped off. it seems to spit out coolant, and is attached to the block under the intake mani. there are routing clips for it, so im curious as to where the hell its supposed to attach. 6.2L S-Denali

it should go to the radiator. Look on the passenger side of the radiator, i don't remember if it is above or below the top tranny line.

I lent a buddy my truck to bring our dirtbikes back from the shop, and he figured he would top up my coolant. (idiot used green coolant) so while on my roadtrip i noticed my overflow tank was getting some scale on it, opened it up and saw some brown **** starting to form. I freaked! coming from Audi's where oil and coolant sludge are constant issues i had a shop flush the coolant... well they did a terrible job and now i have a rusty torx bolt sticking in the end of the hose.
