what exhaust???

it all depends if you like the look of exhaust tips, some guy dont so they dump it, i like no tips or barely seen .

Magnaflow for the muffler after that it's pretty much up to you how you either exit it from the vehicle or dump it.

damt thanks bro nice info...i might go with tips to the back cuz i dont want all the noise inside the truck....but i got one question can i still add tips if i take the cats off??

Yes.

I will be running headers, off road y-pipe and no cats.

Sorry man, but I don't care for flowmasters. I put a pair of 40 series in place of my stock mufflers on my CTS-V and it felt like it hurt my performance. It also resonated like a ****. So I had the Flowmasters cut out and I had straight pipe welded in their place and my cabin noise was reduced. Go-figure. Also my performance increased alot.

go borla or flowmaster, ive heard the "baffle" design of flowmaster doesnt do much for our LS based engines.
