The NNBS trucks computer uses an algorithm to figure out octane content and adjust accordingly.

8ualive,thanks for the post & vids. I was pretty surprised that
The 6.2 stock got beat by the stock dmax. Also surprised at how
bad a beatdown the Ford got. Did the Ford ever run against the
dmax and just how sure are you it's bone stock (the dmax)?
Also really really impressed at the performance diif between the
two 6.2's. You are tuned now right?

The ford don't need to race the duramax cuz he beat the stock 6.2 by 2 or 3 lengths and the same stock 6.2 beat the ford by 5 or 6 lengths! The duramax is stock I know cuz it's my dads. Yes my truck is the stock one that beat the ford in the video, I am tuned now tho, got tuned about 3 months after that race.

Friend of mine has a 2011 rclb 3500 dmax and I knew it
felt plenty quick! I really would like a tune for mine but am
not sure how to go about it. Don't know of anyone in my
remote neck of the woods doing tuning.

Very top of NY state on the Canadian border.
Little town called Nicholville. A postage stamp would cover it.

Ok here is a video of the two stock 6.2's in the previous videos, except now they are both tuned! He jumps me a lil bit but I was surprised that I reeled him in by about 70 or so! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IvYuV...e_gdata_player
