that would be your best move always remember what goes in has to come out!! the quicker it comes out the better you are!

ive ran dual with a X pipe and not with a X pipe, now location may be the key but i found it useless for me

Its not really our choice bc thats what comes on a 4.8-5.3 truck, not everyone wants to upgrade exhaust right away ya know?

I think a dual 3" is better than a single 4" but cost of duals vs a single is a 300ish difference ya know? Not saying that its not a wise choice to upgrade but it's not a must right away

That's right I did forget you swapped the 6.2, of course not on the exhaust right way, yes the 3" dual was great but I was getting ready for the turbo that's why I played a lil with my 4" single and retuning it to have a few runs

HP goal? FYI that 3'' single is no good to that 6.2L
Don't knock the single 3", I'm making 500rwhp through mine. Yes, I know I need bigger for this setup.

An X-Pipe is a must have to reclaim any low end torque you may of lost by going with that size of piping. What it does is balance out the differences in exhaust velocity between the two banks (4 driverside cylinders and 4 passengerside cylinders ) I will warn you, without cats it going to be extremely raspy around 2500 RPM's. I know i loved the way it sounded, but its not for everbody.

If its to annoying after the X-Pipe throw in a few dynomax bullets before the mufflers to kill some of it, this won't hurt the performance whatso ever.

good luck brotha
