Default towing a boat with a rcsb?

Has anyone ever towed a 20ft. boat with a rcsb i just dont wanna have trouble getting it back out of the launch.

nope, and if the rcsb isnt a 4x4 i would not do it.

Been there, done that. No biggie...usually. There are some loading ramps that suck, so you have to pay attention.

You'll want to keep some weight in the bed of the truck, for sure!

I've never had a problem with my dads rcsb and I left it in 2wd when I had to pull are 20ft ski boat out.

I have never had a problem with my truck, you'd be surprised how well the crappy G80 works when it needs to. Like what others have said, it mainly depends on the launch.

well in that case go for it. i guess i am used to bad launches. lake conroe is full of them. lol.

The G80 is very good for doing what it's designed to do.

The hardest part about it is going to be the short wheelbase of the truck.. Aslong as your boat ramp has a nice drop off so the trailer gets deep fast, shouldn't be a prob at all.. And if you don't care about dumping the bumper in then it shouldn't be a big deal

you will have no problem, i tow off the bumper all the time pulling a car or big boat with the 3000 stall is more of an issue than the size of the truck. my neighbor pulls their 24 foot pontoon with a crown vic. i laugh but he never has a problem
