I tried using the search button but i cant find the info... I know the specs of the LY5 motor 9.9:1 CR but what heads are on this motor? CC Volume, head Model # Etc?

Im trying to map out a route that will eventually involve a roots blower, heads and Cam but i cant seem to find out what heads these are... wouldnt want to increase the CR, would rather find heads with a higher CC volume to bring it down a bit so i can be safer on more boost...

guess if i cant do that then ill just build a 6.0L and put in dished pistons... its for a 07 tahoe with a 5.3L... eventually i want it to be my tow rig for a small toy trailer and small car trailer... about 6K lbs max...

 

799 or 243...64.5 cc...flat top pistons

so some 67cc LS1 ported heads would drop the CR a little... so i could run a bit more boost... hmmm?

dang im gonna need more money...

i have a set of 317's in good condition that i would be willing to trade.
the combustion chamber on these are 71cc.

 

what about lower boost on higher compression? in theory its all just cylinder pressures.
