Default Squeaking when I turn

So I dropped my truck a few months back, and just recently (like the past 2 or 3 weeks) I've been hearing some really nasty squeaking when I turn. I called up my cousin since it was his kit, and he said he had the same problem. He told me it was probably the bushings and I may need to lube them up. Anybody have this problem?

Need some more info; what drop, what components, when does it squeak in the turn? if you move the wheel an inch or at full lock, do the tires rub?

5 inch drop in front, upper and lower control arms, when I barely start turning the wheel right or left, tires dont rub.

Ok last night I really listened to the truck, and it squeaks when I turn it either way until it locks.

Have you tried getting it on jackstands and crawling underneath while someone else turns the wheel? Every connection is moving while you're turning the wheel so it's hard to guess any one component, but if you're watching it you might be able to spot somewhere that's binding.
