I had a loud squeak too and it turned out to be the tensioner arm and pulley

My uncle had what we thought was the same and it turned out to be a failed lifter, so they had to replace the cam, lifters and cam bearings

 

That's exactly what they did to mine. So 1500 miles it is. ****, I wanted to mash out lol. Oh well. At least I still have the rental lmao. It's been very very fun
