I'm just glad I don't have a ford and it cost like 2 grand to do a cam swap..

No it won't man....cause no matter what you put in there its still a shitty ford...best saving the 2G and trade it for a chevy...LOL

If you want your truck to sound like its cammed, have your tuner lower the idle speed and take a bunch of timing out of it. It will sound pretty tough, but it may not do as good a job of charging the battery or cooling off a hot cabin.
