Service traction and Stabilitrak

Service traction and Stabilitrak
I have this message appear in the DIC and the traction is always on cant switch it off and I took it to the dealer since they are the only ones who can remove it because it doesnt appear in the HP tuners . they said we cant remove it and if we can we will not remove we dont have any responsibility for this. I said then why did GM put such a warning if you guys cant remove it.
If any1 had this problem and solved it please tell me I have tried everything
