Default Question about AFM delete

I've got a '10 Yukon Denali with bad lifters. I'm replacing them and doing a AFM/DOD delete, it has VVT. I've ordered everything I need (I think) and am waiting on the parts. I'm just going stock and ordered a cam out of an '09 L9H engine, has VVT but no AFM.

My question: In my Haynes manual it says the cam bolt must be replaced, they call it the Solenoid valve in the camshaft position actuator. I can't seem to find this part anywhere. Can't find the whole assembly either for that matter. Can I reuse what I took out or not?

Thanks,
Steve

Call dealer and give them your VIN dealer item.

Ok thanks. This definitely has to be changed then?

I haven't seen it written up like that anywhere else or listed on any of the write ups, that's why I'm asking.
