i need 60lb injectors ... are they the same as previous year lsx's? or do i need special ones?

Well you are not really asking the right question...how about wording it like this: Will injectors from earlier years fit an 07 with "x" engine...you get the point.

The injectors should be fine but you may need new connectors.

i have 08 with 60lbs and used mototron and cut harness off my camaro stock harness injectors and made spacers out of small alum pipe with bolts from hardware store

 

i looked at them, i ill be doing what u said ^^
