There is nothing to worry about, if the PSI at idle gets to 10psi they you can start worrying.

275 is roughly 40 PSI........ GM just refaces the same guages regardless of where the truck is sold. My old 09's 6 liter was alway low, maybe 25 psi at idle and it bothered me considering any LQ4 I have ever had had 40 psi at idle or close to it. Then it ate a lifter at 60000 miles and had less than 10 psi at idle, lol. That was a non AFM LY6 as well. Not really a fan of GM's "LS7" lifters and I will not use them in my LQ9 repower on my 04.
