What is the response time and reading on a good O2 sensor?

I was told it has to fail test twice before the light comes on. It took mine 2 days.

I want all that info please, what ever I need to know to see if they are respond right. At idle they look like they are putting out .600ish and not to differant at WOT

mine goes up to .850 every few seconds then drops down to .200 then jumps back up

In closed loop the precat sensors should be switching very fast .200 to .800. Post cat sensors should be more steady in the .500 range.
