I took my throttle body off to clean and paint. Well I removed the black cover to the the tps. And put everything back together and have tons of codes for tps. I dont think I installed the gear or cover or something right. Any one know how to set the tps?

Yes.

In a program like HP Tuners, the max TPS you will see is 84%.
