Default Need pics of 20" wheels

Im putting a Super Charger on my 6.2L and need new tires so im not spinning. I have 18" Z71 rims now and cant find a tire that will handle even the stock 6.2L.
So im being forced into 20" rims. I dont like big rims but I cant find a decent tire in anything under a 20" Im lowering 2/3 also and want to put 285/50-20 Nitto 420s on. Iv been looking at rims for weeks and I cant really find what I want. This trucks a sleeper and dont want flashy rims. Im thinking of going with OEM CK948s but the price is hi. I dont want poor quality rims tho. The American racing torque thrust rims would be nice but Iv been told the TPM sensors do not fit with them
so lets see your rims and maby ill find something I like.

I have the factory 17" rims with the Goodyear tires from the factory. I have 65K miles on them and they have been through some punishment. Mine doesn't slip as bad as yours does unless the road is damp.

Not true, skipperdaddy runs the 24" version and he has no issues with the tire sensors

Skipperdaddy's truck. I cant tell you the tire size, but they are 24" on a 3/5 drop

Unless you are in 4x4 all the time chances are you will have trouble getting traction no matter what size tire you are running. Bigger rims and tires might help a little just cause you are throwing more rotational mass at the truck ...Just learn throttle control or if you plan to race someone from a dig flip it into 4x4. I have concluded that my truck is useless in 2wd for anything under 50MPH. If I am roll racing I usually roll into the throttle for about 1.5 seconds before going WOT. From a dig though.. just press the instant traction button GM was so kind to give us truck owners

IMO there are lots of 17" rims out there that look good and plenty of tire choices. You don't seem to keen on going to 20's so that's another option.

Now if you want to do them for appearance then by all means... I plan to do the same next year
