just got back from another dealer and again they could not unlock it.but now every other time u start the truck itll say gmc and it looks like its gna work and than ban theft lock. dam im frustated already any one here in cali know whats upm on this

CPS audio in Calif can program it to your truck for you , just send him a picture of the tag in the glove box with your VIN # , I think his name is Greg

Check to see what VIN is stored in your BCM. If for some odd reason the VIN in the BCM differs from the VIN of the truck then the radio will stay locked.

On regular cabs NAV was never option. So with that in mind anytime I flash a CC, ext cab or tahoe the option is present for nav radio and gives certain RPO codes you can select that coinicide with the NAV.

There is the possibility that it does not present NAV as a programmable option for a single cab. In that case the tech will have to call GM and have the TAC center add the NAV option to your VIN number. In instances like this they usually charge the dealer between 50.00 and 100.00 to add the option to your VIN.
