I killed mine on older truck putting in headers bumped the condensor which in turn bent tube going into evap core. That was a nice little swap. lol had to pull my whole dash but I doubt thats your same problem.

Mine got stuck on cold on the driver side one night when it was like 25 outside. Started working about 2 days later. I Guess an actuator got stuck or something.

Mine was acting up till the day I got rid of it.....and Houston I need my A.C.!!! Both times I took it to the dealer it was working fine when I got there so they said there was nothing they could do...
