ft wayne plant 1hr30m north of me ftw..

fwiw the number of foreign parts and vehicles made in the US i think almost out number the out of country "american" made parts and vehicles that are sold in the good ole USA.

Pretty cool maybe thats why when I visit Mexico I always see some types of vehicles that I've never seen here in the U.S. like once i saw a 1998 2 door Escalade and a bunch of 2003-2006 Tahoes with the truck front end all from factory.

my truck was manufactured in the indiana plant. it's funny IMO, most domestic cars are made out of the country, but we make a lot of imports in america

i may be wrong but i was always under the impression gmc's were made in canada and the us and most chevrolets were made in mexico
