This being a daily driver the LS6 cam won't kill valve springs and with the smallish stall I won't have to worry about trying to keep the transmission cool. I think with the mods I have 300 at the tire will make it nice, fun and dependable. My other project will take of my my speed needs.

2001 LS6 cam
207/217 int/exh @ 0.05" duration
0.525" / 0.525" int/exh lift
116 LSA

2002+ LS6 cam
204/218 int/exh @ 0.05" duration
0.551" / 0.547" int/exh lift
117 LSA
