hey guys ..
we were bummmming around and brought up the idea of swaping a Ls2 engine instead of the 4.8 .. anyone out there with an idea of what we need to make this happen ...

i heard it should be a bolt bolt action , im not sure about that part though .. so if there is a guru among us please show us the path

I don't know for sure, but I do know that the NNBS trucks 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 etc... are all based off of the LS2 architecture. So we are running the same newer computer system, and advanced electronic throttle control as the LS2 guys.

That being said I would THINK that it would be just a simple swap.

 

i know thi is more than a month old but i talked to street and perfromance about a similar swap and they said it was super easy to do.... i am wanting to do the 6.2 ls3 though
