on the $500 kits the front of the front seats and the part you sit on in the rear are leather. the sided and rear is vinyl. sent you a pm

The newer the vehicle, the more complicated every single aspect of it, is going to be. So it doesn't surprise me that it took you that long, especially if you haven't done anything like that before (and you did it by yourself).

I only get good with these things because, at first, I probably had to spend hours just trying to figure out how I screwed everything up and having to fix it. I'm not a natural, just a professional screw up

 

yes, I have Katzkin in my 2013 chevy, went with the tuscany black with red stitching, so far I am satisfied with the fit and comfort

 

Yes the $899 to $999 is leathers /vinyl.. I'd say %75 of the kits are that way, its very hard to tell the difference

 

I had mine done at a shop, full leather with a wood dash kit out by lunch, they did a good job. I did my 08 truck my self, took a little longer with no help.

well the dealer ordered the wrong ones. they got the standered 75% vinyl Kazkins. So now there ordering me the 100% leather seats i ordered. but heres pics of what they installed.
if any one is interested I can ask them what they would sell them for. There stuck with them.

 

I have the katzkin in my new crew cab. The dealer threw them in because they couldn't find another truck with leather that I wanted so I started walking and they offered it to me. Definitely the way to go! The stitching is perfect, good fitment and the leather just has a good feel to it.
